The three-second habit that protects your whole family.

Pause. Ask. Verify.
Before you believe or forward anything urgent, stop for one second — urgency is the trick. Ask AI, in plain words, “is this true?” Then check the answer against one trusted source. That’s the whole habit.

If a message demands you act right now, that is your cue to slow down — not speed up.
Ask
Paste it into any AI app: “Is this true? Is this a known scam or rumour?” It reads text or a screenshot.
Verify
Cross-check against one trusted source — a known news site, an official handle, PIB Fact Check. Then decide: share, or let it stop with you.
The pause is the skill — not blind faith in any tool.
